Privacy notice: SchemaTV Notes
Version 2026-11-07-v1 · Applies to the SchemaTV Notes email newsletter offered on schematherapy.tv.
Who is responsible
The controller of your personal data for SchemaTV Notes is HAPPYMIND LABS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14537179), registered office Unit 3b Berol House, 25 Ashley Road, Tottenham Hale, London, N17 9LJ, United Kingdom. You can contact us about your data at privacy@happymindlabs.co.uk.
The sign-up and email systems are operated for us by PsikoNET Psychotherapy and Training Center (Istanbul), acting on our instructions.
What we collect
- Your email address.
- When you asked to subscribe, when you confirmed, and when you unsubscribed.
- Which form you used (for example, the home page) and the version of this notice you agreed to.
- Standard email engagement data recorded by our email provider (for example, whether an email was delivered or opened).
We do not ask for your name and we do not store your IP address with your subscription.
Why and on what basis
We use your email address to send you SchemaTV Notes: about one email a month with new SchemaTV videos, one technique note and news about books by Dr. H. Alp Karaosmanoğlu. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by confirming your subscription through the link we email you (double opt-in). You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Who processes your data for us
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France): sends the confirmation email and the newsletter, and stores the subscriber list used for sending.
- Google Cloud / Firebase (Google): stores the subscription record in PsikoNET's system.
- Cloudflare: hosts schematherapy.tv and protects it from abuse.
These providers may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where they do, the transfer is covered by UK adequacy regulations or the provider's standard contractual safeguards.
How long we keep it
While you are subscribed, we keep your address so that we can send the newsletter. When you unsubscribe, we stop sending and keep only a record that you unsubscribed, so that we do not email you again by mistake. If you never confirm a subscription request, the unconfirmed request stays in our records until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. You also have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy of it. Write to privacy@happymindlabs.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or the data protection authority where you live.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will publish the new version here with a new date.
